Ya gotta use the "Pay For Auction Here!" button on the auction page or PayPal won't work,
yer check will bounce, yer money order will get lost in the mail and yer dog won't come home.

Paying for your items:
Please click on our "Pay For Auction Here" button to pay for your auction(s). It is available on every auction. You must use this button in order to make a payment via PayPal and also to obtain the correct total if you are making payment by any of the other 8 methods. This is the only way it is possible to make a PayPal payment to us. Our system scans eBay for new orders and combines all your wins into one shipment for the lowest shipping cost.

"Pay For Auction Here" button won't work?
Delete your Cookies and Internet Files and try again. 99.9% of the time that is the cure.

Want to know S&H before you bid?
Please use the "Shipping Estimate" button on the auction before bidding to get a close estimate of your shipping costs. Please understand that this is ONLY an estimate. You still must use our "Pay For Your Auction Here" button to get the exact S&H amount after auction's close.

NO OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN BE ACCEPTED.

To use the payment services, PayPal, CheckFree or BidPay you must use our "Pay For Auction Here" button to checkout.

If you choose to mail payment, you must still use our "Pay For Auction Here" button to get the correct S&H amount, add insurance, etc. Our "Pay For Auction Here" button is prominently displayed right under the One Horse Outfit banner on the auction you won. Please be sure to include a printed copy of your invoice or the invoice number or list the auctions won with title and item number otherwise there could be a delay in matching your payment up with your wins. Make checks or money orders payable to One Horse Outfit and send to:

Who gets your payment information?
We do. Nobody else. Except if you're using PayPal then, of course, PayPal gets it too. When you input your payment information into our checkout system you are NOT giving your information to a third party. You're giving it to us. Auction Works/Market Works is the processing software/service we use to manage our auctions. They do not receive any of your payment information. It goes only to us or PayPal if you're paying by PayPal.

Bidding:
When you bid on one of our auctions you agree to our sales policies and terms. eBay has made it impossible for any bid to be placed "accidentally" as it requires more than one "click" to complete a purchase. All auction sales are final and are legally binding so please do not bid if you don't intend to pay for your win.

We report all non-paying bidders to eBay automatically. When you get 3 NPBs (Non-Paying-Bidder reports) eBay will suspend you from any buying or selling on eBay until they are resolved.

So if you have a problem paying for your win(s) please contact us immediately. If you are unable to make payment we are willing to stop the automatic NPB report to eBay only if you cover our auction costs plus a $5 service fee prior to the NPB report being submitted to eBay.

Shipping:
We ship only via US mail to all countries in the world. Please see our Shipping Info. page for details.

Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it, but - you must notify us that you will be returning it within 7 days by sending us an email at returns@onehorseoutfit.com citing the auction number, your full name and address and the amount of the final auction price. Any return must be in the same exact re-saleable condition it was in when we shipped it, be insured for your protection, and reach us within 15 days from the date we shipped it to you.

We will refund your winning auction bid in full less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling, insurance, and special orders are not refundable.

Feedback:
Positive feedback is already set up for you! My auction management software is set to leave feedback for all feedback left for me - and it's ALWAYS positive - if you left positive feedback for me. It runs automatically 24/7, so when you leave positive feedback for me you are also triggering my software to leave positive feedback for yourself too!

As much as I'd like to be able to post all feedback personally, it's just impossible because of the volume of business I do. I had to go to an automated system because I was not getting the feedback posted. However I do consider ALL feedback very personal, especially neutral or negative feedback to which I always respond personally.
